WHO WE ARE

We Champion Cultural Diversity

Established in 1999, Multicultural Association of Caboolture and Surrounds Inc has been advocating for people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds. Our core activity is cultural awareness within Moreton Bay Region for our communities to:

  • co-exist harmoniously
  • come together to celebrate our cultural events
  • network, consult and engage on CALD issues
MACS Inc. hosts the Moreton Bay Multicultural Fiesta every year, showcasing an amazing variety of culture, music, dance and food from all around the world. In its 25th year in 2024, the Fiesta has been bringing CALD communities and businesses together in the Moreton Bay Region every year to celebrate Australia’s multicultural fabric. We are also the organisation behind the highly successful Moreton Bay Diwali Festival of Lights.

Organising social
gatherings

Our commitment to fostering a sense of belonging and unity is demonstrated through organizing social gatherings. These events provide a unique platform for people of all cultures to come together, share their experiences, and create lasting friendships. We are working on extending the number of gathering through language exchange groups, tours and visits to multicultural experiences, food picnics and much more.
